He is a native of Atlanta, moved to DetroitMichigan at age 8, He returned to Atlanta in 1977 to attend MorehouseCollege. He has been married to Margul Retha Woolfolk for over 25 years, she is currently a Principal in the Atlanta Public School System, they have three sons Ralph IV, Ryan and Robert and one Grand daughter Chloe’ Woolfolk.
