Anne Marie Woodward is a native of Atlanta.  She has had the good fortune & success with the involvement of one of Atlanta’s largest Construction/Project Management firms H.J. Russell & Company.  Anne has also led efforts in the organization of the countries largest airport expansion program – The Hartsfield Development Program. She was instrumental in providing support to a diverse team of technical & administrative professionals by implementing facility operations procedures; staff management; budget; procurement; and event planning. 

Anne began real-estate career in the late 90’s. Her passion for the industry prompted her to pursue her interest part-time while building her own real-estate investment portfolio. Anne’s diverse experience has allowed her to become a part of one of the most prestigious real-estate companies in the region – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage & now the Robinson Realty Group. As an avid student of the real estate industry coupled with great communication & leadership skills; Anne launched her commitment to successful product sales.  Anne’s area of expertise range from successfully marketing/selling high-end new construction developments; relocating homeowners, and first time home buyers.  Anne is an active participant of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and is a Million Dollar Club Member.  She values innovative marketing strategies; excellent customer service; educating clients; and getting the deal closed!!!
